PP film nickel plating refers to the process of depositing a layer of nickel metal on the surface of polypropylene (PP) film through electroplating or chemical plating processes. Production process

1. Pre treatment: Remove oil, dirt, and roughen the PP film to improve the adhesion of the coating.

2. Sensitization and activation: Through the treatment of sensitization solution and activation solution, a catalytic film is formed on the surface of PP film, providing active sites for subsequent nickel plating.

3. Nickel plating: Place the pre treated PP film in a nickel plating solution and deposit a layer of nickel metal on the surface of the film through electroplating or chemical plating.

4. Post treatment: Clean and dry the PP film after nickel plating to remove residual chemical reagents and moisture.
