Production process

  1. Pre treatment: Remove oil, dirt, and roughen the PP film to improve the adhesion of the coating.

  3. Nickel plating: Place the pre treated PP film in a nickel plating solution and deposit a layer of nickel metal on the surface of the film through electroplating or chemical plating.

  4. Post treatment: Clean and dry the PP film after nickel plating to remove residual chemical reagents and moisture.
