Gold is innate in nature and has no allergic reactions to the human body. It shines brightly and has a very good decorative effect when used in exposed situations.

The difference between gold-plated conductive cloth and general conductive cloth lies in the metal coating: the metal coating of general conductive cloth is copper nickel; Gold plated conductive cloth is made of gold.

There is not much difference between the two types of conductive fabrics on polyester fabric base, but the cost on the coating is much different. Generally speaking, the price of gold-plated conductive cloth is several times higher than that of ordinary conductive cloth. Moreover, gold-plated conductive cloth is not a mass-produced product in the market and can only be ordered from factories. This is bound to be much higher in minimum order quantity than general conductive fabrics. Therefore, it is not a special requirement, and the conductive cloth is still mainly coated with copper nickel.

It was originally mainly used in the field of insulating films. With the rapid development of global science and technology, especially since entering the information age, the application scope of PI film has been greatly expanded, such as in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, rail transit, aerospace, etc.

The main technical barriers of PI film lie in the long equipment customization cycle, high process difficulty, high degree of customization, and scarcity of technical talents. In addition, the investment scale of PI film should not be underestimated. Investing in a production line requires 200-300 million yuan. Although the investment scale is not large, the risk is high, the investment cycle is long, and it is not affordable for ordinary enterprises.
