Two component thermal conductive adhesive(Curing type) is a type of cured thermal conductive material that has a wide range of applications in industrial settings due to its excellent thermal conductivity and chemical stability. This article will introduce the research progress, performance characteristics, and application fields of two-component thermal conductive adhesives.
Research progress
Two component thermal conductive adhesive (curing type) consists of a main agent and a curing agent, which form a solid thermal conductive layer through chemical reactions to achieve thermal conductivity. In recent years, more and more research has been conducted on the study of two-component thermal conductive adhesives (curing type).

Phase change material thermal conductive adhesive
Phase change materials are temperature sensitive materials, and their physical properties change when the temperature changes, which brings them many application prospects. In recent years, researchers have combined phase change materials with two-component thermal conductive adhesives to form a“Phase change material thermal conductive adhesive”. The solid-state thermal conductive layer of this thermal conductive adhesive is composed of phase change materials, which have high thermal conductivity and can achieve automatic temperature adjustment. When applied in electronic devices, it can improve the working efficiency of electronic devices.
Nano thermal conductive adhesive
Nanomaterials are structurally special materials that exhibit excellent thermal conductivity due to their small size and high specific surface area.
