1 Silver plated reflective filmIt is a light reflective thin film material composed of a silver (alloy) reflective film layer, a substrate (film), and a protective layer of the reflective film layer. High reflectivity film is an important type of applied optical thin film. Generally, a single metal film can only meet the common reflectivity requirements. However, in high-tech fields, it is necessary to explore higher reflectivity than before, which can be improved by adding a dielectric film on the surface of the metal film. 2 PET reflective filmAccording to the different coating materials, it can be divided into metal reflective film and white reflective film. Metal reflective film is a metal coating deposited on the surface of polymer thin films, mostly using highly conductive materials such as silver and gold. The reflectivity of metal reflective film is the best, usually reaching 99% or above, but the disadvantage is that it is expensive and mainly used in small and medium-sized backlight modules such as smartphones that are not sensitive to price.

The backlight module uses a high brightness silver plated reflective film, which includes a PET base layer, an adhesive layer, and a silver plated reflective layer stacked in sequence from bottom to top. The thickness of the silver plated reflective layer is 20-40nm, and a brightening layer is provided on the silver plated reflective layer. The brightening layer includes resin particles and a binder, and the resin particles are distributed on the surface of the silver plated reflective layer through the binder. The silver plated reflective layer of the silver plated reflective film is relatively thin and has the characteristics of low cost, high brightness, and convenient production.
