Transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films have superior optoelectronic properties and are widely used in solar cells, liquid crystal displays, and other optoelectronic devices. In the preparation process, due to the high square resistance and low visible light transmittance of TCO films prepared by traditional processes, they have certain application limitations in fields such as display devices, solar cells, and thin-film solar cells. In recent years, due to the continuous maturity of thin film technology and people's pursuit of high visible light transmittance, it is necessary to develop materials with lower square resistance and higher visible light transmittanceTCO filmThis article mainly analyzes the existing TCO thin films and explores the effects of various preparation methods on the electrical and optical properties of TCO thin films through experiments, summarizing a method for optimizing the properties of TCO thin films.

3、 Method

The basic idea for designing and preparing high-performance TCO films based on material and process innovation includes: (1) considering the material, using high-performance metal materials as the substrate, then injecting metal compounds with excellent properties into the substrate material through ion implantation or other methods, and finally achieving the combination of the film and the substrate material through thermal evaporation process or vacuum sintering; (2) From a process perspective, a multi-step approach is adopted to prepare the thin film; (3) From the perspective of devices, high-performance TCO films can be prepared by combining other functional materials or devices.

In recent years, with the rapid development of new technologies such as optoelectronic integration and flexible display, the requirements for TCO films have become increasingly high. TCO films have excellent properties such as high transparency, high conductivity, corrosion resistance, and adjustable characteristics, which can be applied in fields such as flexible displays. However, there are still some problems with TCO films in practical applications, such as their low resistivity, which cannot meet the requirements of large-sized screens. Reducing the resistivity of TCO films is a key factor in improving their optical performance. Therefore, in order to meet the future market demand for new display materials, it is necessary to start from both the process and material aspects, develop high-performance new TCO film materials, and carry out effective modification.
