Soft magnetic ferrite sheetSoft Ferrite is a special magnetic material composed of elements such as iron, oxygen, titanium, nickel, zinc, etc. It has the characteristics of high conductivity, high magnetic permeability, high magnetic saturation strength, and low magnetic loss. 1、 Classification of Soft Magnetic Ferrite Plates

Manganese zinc ferrite is a material composed of elements such as manganese, zinc, iron, and oxygen. It has higher conductivity, lower magnetic loss and thermal expansion coefficient, but relatively lower magnetic permeability and magnetic saturation strength. Manganese zinc ferrite sheets are widely used in low-frequency electronic components, inductors, transformers, and other fields.
2、 Preparation method of soft magnetic ferrite sheet
The preparation methods of soft ferrite sheets mainly include high-temperature sintering, sol gel method, chemical coprecipitation method, etc. Among them, high-temperature sintering method is the most commonly used preparation method. The high-temperature sintering method is toferrite powderAfter mixing with additives, sintering is carried out at high temperature to make it a high-density block material, which is then cut, polished and other processes to produce the desired shape and size. Sol gel method is to mix metal ions and organic matter to form colloid, and then obtain ferrite materials after drying and sintering. The chemical co precipitation method is to mix metal salts and oxidants to form precipitates, which are then dried and sintered to obtain ferrite materials.
