1. PTFE, commonly known as the plastic king, has low loss, small dielectric constant, and good insulation properties. PTFE film is an ideal material for manufacturing capacitors, radio insulation pads, insulated cables, motors, and transformers. It is also an indispensable material for industrial electronic components such as aerospace, military, and 5G communication; The excellent dielectric properties of PTFE make it the main material for 5G high-frequency copper-clad laminate substrates.
According to calculations, the total market for PTFE for 5G base stations in China will reach 7.6 billion yuan from 2020 to 2025. According to the construction progress of the three major operators' 5G base stations, there will be a peak in deployment in 2022. Combined with the demand for PTFE in 5G smartphones, it is expected that the 5G industry will generate approximately 1.7 billion yuan in new demand for PTFE in 2022.
2. PPE (PPO) polyphenylene ether (PPE) has advantages such as low specific gravity, low water absorption, excellent heat and chemical resistance, good electrical insulation, and excellent dielectric properties. At the same time, it also has adhesion to copper foil, which is very suitable for application in high-frequency and high-speed copper-clad laminates.

LCP thin film silver plated copper plated gold plated film, as a liquid crystal polymer compound, LCP has high strength, high heat resistance, extremely low coefficient of linear expansion, excellent flame retardancy, and excellent dielectric properties. There are a large number of rigid benzene rings on the main chain of LCP molecules, which determines its unique processing properties. When LCP is heated to a certain temperature, a slight shear force will give it the fluidity of water, making it easier to form thin-walled or thin film products.
Electronic and electrical products are the main market for LCP. In addition to flexible copper-clad laminates, LCP can also be applied to mobile phone antennas, artificial satellite electronic components, jet engine parts, automotive mechanical parts, medical materials, and more.
