Efficient and flexible perovskite solar cells modified with ammonium acetate have been certified with an efficiency of 23.35%

Time:2022-11-11Number:1600

1) The flexible trans PSC modifies the interface between perovskite and hole transport layer (HTL) through PenAAc molecules. By manipulating the synthesis of anions and cations, we found that PenA and Ac ˉ have strong chemical bonds with the acceptor and donor defects at the surface ends of perovskite films.

2) PenAAc's improved flexible PSC achieved a record breaking 23.68% PCE (0.08 cm2, certified: 23.35%) with a high open circuit voltage (VOC) of 1.17 V. The large-area device (1.0 cm2) also achieved an excellent PCE of 21.52%. In addition, the manufactured device exhibits excellent stability under mechanical bending, with PCE remaining above 91% of the original PCE even after 5000 bending cycles.
