2、 Process technology

4、 Key control points

1. Control of aluminum plating temperature: PET aluminum plating, the temperature should not be too high, as it can easily cause uneven coating surfaces and the appearance of bubbles;

2. Control of aluminum plating time: PET aluminum plating is generally suitable for about 4 minutes;

3. Control of equipment speed: Slow speed can easily cause uneven coating, while fast speed can easily generate bubbles;

4. Control of air pressure: Excessive air pressure can easily cause uneven coating;

5. Selection of raw materials: The thickness of the aluminum plating layer is generally between 10-20 um. If the thickness is too thin, it will result in weak adhesion of the coating and easy detachment.

6. Finished product protection: When packaging aluminum plated finished products, they must be well protected, especially with an appropriate distance between the product and the packaging bag to avoid coating peeling off.
