- Welding type electromagnetic shielding machine room
- Assembled electromagnetic shielding machine room
Electromagnetic shielding roomIt is an important content in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and the electromagnetic shielding room is a steel plate house, with cold-rolled steel plate as its main shielding material. Including six sided shells, doors, windows and other general building elements, only requiring tight electromagnetic sealing performance and corresponding shielding treatment for all incoming and outgoing pipelines to block electromagnetic radiation from entering and exiting.
There are four types of electromagnetic shielding rooms: steel plate assembled, steel plate welded, steel plate directly attached, and copper mesh. The assembly type is made of steel plate modules with a thickness of 1.5mm, and the production and installation process is relatively simple. It is suitable for projects with small areas and general shielding efficiency requirements. It can be dismantled and relocated, but the shielding effectiveness is significantly reduced after relocation. The steel plate welded shielding room is made of 2-3mm cold-rolled steel plate and keel frame welded together, with high shielding efficiency and adaptability to various specifications and sizes. It is the main form of electromagnetic shielding room. Direct bonding and copper mesh are used for simple projects with low shielding efficiency requirements.
Main functions:
Isolate external electromagnetic interference to ensure the normal operation of indoor electronic and electrical equipment. Especially in the measurement and testing of electronic components and electrical equipment, using electromagnetic shielding rooms (or darkrooms) to simulate ideal electromagnetic environments can improve the accuracy of detection results.
Block the diffusion of indoor electromagnetic radiation to the outside world. Strong electromagnetic radiation sources should be shielded and isolated to prevent interference with the normal operation of other electronic and electrical equipment and even damage to the health of workers.
Prevent information leakage from electronic communication devices and ensure information security. Electronic communication signals will propagate to the outside world in the form of electromagnetic radiation (i.e. TEMPEST phenomenon), and the enemy can intercept and restore them using monitoring equipment. Electromagnetic shielding room is an effective measure to ensure information security.
Military command communication elements must have the ability to resist enemy electromagnetic interference. In extreme situations such as electromagnetic interference attacks or even nuclear explosions, they must be combined with other protective elements to protect electronic communication equipment from damage and ensure normal operation. The electromagnetic pulse protection room is a special product developed based on the electromagnetic shielding room and combined with the special requirements of electromagnetic pulse protection in the military field.
