Instructions and guidance for use:

1. Substrate: It can be used on PET, PC, glass and other sheets, especially suitable for PET substrate;

2. Mixing: thoroughly mix before use;

3. Dilution: This product can be used after stirring evenly. It is recommended not to add diluent. If dilution is required, a specialized diluent should be used. It is recommended to dilute it by less than 3% of the weight of the silver paste, and then stir it evenly again after dilution. If the diluent added exceeds the above standards, the product quality and performance are not guaranteed;

4. Printed products can be used on PET and other sheets, and the film thickness and final resistance after curing are affected by many related factors, such as board size, tension, adhesive hardness, angle and speed, photosensitive paste thickness, etc.

Recommended process:

Thickness: film thickness of 4-5 μ m;

Wire mesh: 200-300 mesh stainless steel wire mesh or polyester wire mesh printing;

Printing:silver pasteBefore use, it needs to be thoroughly stirred and allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes before printing

Pre drying: IR drying oven at 140-145 ℃ for 2 minutes;

Curing: Oven at 140-145 ℃ for 30 minutes.

Safe use and other:

1. Silver paste must be stored in an air-conditioned freezer or at room temperature of 20 ℃, kept dry indoors, and protected from direct sunlight. Under our recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of silver paste is 6 months (from the date of production)

2. This product contains organic solvents, and good ventilation should be maintained during use to avoid excessive steam inhalation into the body; If it comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed promptly with water and soap.
