2、 High power street lamp power supply: High power power supply has a long continuous working time and high heat generation, so it has high requirements for thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. Generally, the thermal conductivity requirement is 1.0W/mk, the flame retardancy requirement is 94-V0, the viscosity is moderate, and the defoaming performance is good; Good weather resistance, high and low temperature resistance, low stress, and can penetrate into small gaps of electronic components.

The difference between silicone, epoxy resin, and polyurethane is that silicone has low stress, good insulation performance, small shrinkage, and good repairability; Epoxy resin: high hardness and good confidentiality; Polyurethane has good low-temperature resistance.
