Instructions and guidance for use:
1. Substrate: It can be used on PET, PC, glass and other sheets, especially suitable for PET substrate;
2. Mixing: thoroughly mix before use;
3. Dilution: This product can be used after stirring evenly. It is recommended not to add diluent. If dilution is required, a specialized diluent should be used, and it is recommended to dilute it to less thansilver pasteDilute about 3% of the weight ratio and stir evenly again after dilution. If the diluent added exceeds the above standards, the product quality and performance are not guaranteed;
4. Printed products can be used on PET and other sheets, and the film thickness and final resistance after curing are affected by many related factors, such as board size, tension, adhesive hardness, angle and speed, photosensitive paste thickness, etc.
Recommended process:
Thickness: film thickness of 4-5 μ m;
Wire mesh: 200-300 mesh stainless steel wire mesh or polyester wire mesh printing;
Printing:silver pasteBefore use, it needs to be thoroughly stirred and allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes before printing
Pre drying: IR drying oven at 75-80 ℃ for 2 minutes;
Curing: Oven at 75-80 ℃ for 30 minutes.
