Users often consult Advanced Institute Technology on how to preserve the pulp after receiving it? Today, let's talk about the commonly used methods and conditions for storing pulp, as well as the issues that need to be noted when removing it.
1、 How to store it?
Slurry can be classified into the following categories based on sintering temperature:
1. High temperature sintered silver paste. commonConductor silver pastePlatinum paste,Silver palladium pasteResistive paste, dielectric paste, tungsten paste, etc. all require high-temperature sintering, with sintering temperatures mostly ranging from 400 ℃ to 1800 ℃. The organic matter in this type of slurry needs to be discharged by high-temperature sintering, so its volatilization point is relatively high and generally does not evaporate at room temperature. This type of slurry can generally be stored at room temperature of 25 ℃ or below, without refrigeration, and can be placed in a cool, dark place. The temperature in summer is high, possibly above 30 ℃. Excessive temperature can cause organic matter to become diluted, resulting in layering. Therefore, it is recommended to store in a refrigerator when the temperature exceeds 25 ℃.
2. Low temperature baking type slurry. This type of slurry is generally baked and formed at 80-200 ℃. The slurry requires internal resin to generate adhesive tension, and the resin will gradually and slowly solidify at room temperature. Therefore, this type of slurry needs to be stored in a refrigerator.
3. Quick drying pulp. This type of slurry can cure quickly at room temperature, so it must be sealed and stored in a refrigerator.
4. In addition, according to the components, low-temperature single component slurry and two-component slurry should be stored in a refrigerator.
2、 Extraction operation,
1. Place at room temperature, open the lid and stir directly before use.
2. For those stored in refrigeration, they should be taken out half a day in advance, and after warming up to room temperature, they should be opened and stirred before use. Looking at the picture below, when it is taken out of the refrigerated environment and reheated, it will really release water, a lot of water, a lot of water
For operation rooms with conditions, a constant temperature oven can be set between 25~35 ℃, and hot air blowing for 10-20 minutes can also accelerate the temperature recovery.
Simply put, sintered slurries are stored at room temperature below 25 ℃. Store in a freezer above 25 ℃. Storage of other slurry in refrigerated cabinets. It is particularly important to note that regardless of the type of slurry, it must be sealed during storage. Take it out half a day before use to warm it up or preheat it in a ventilated oven at 25-30 ℃ for 30 minutes. Do not open before returning to room temperature to prevent water vapor from cooling into the slurry.
