Instructions and guidance for use

Substrate: Substrate: Can be used on PET and PC sheets, especially suitable for PE substrates.

Mixing: thoroughly mix before use.

Dilution: After stirring evenly, this product can be used. Do not add diluents. If diluents are added, product quality and performance cannot be guaranteed. If there are special requirements, the matching diluent X2200 should be used. It is recommended to gradually add diluent at a ratio of 0.5%, and the recommended amount of diluent should not exceed 2%.

Printing: This product can be used on both PET and PC sheets, and the thickness and resistance of the cured film are affected by many related factors, such as the size, tension, scraping hardness, angle and speed of the screen, and the thickness of the photosensitive paste.

Recommended curing process

Thickness: Dry film 4-6 μ m

Wire mesh: Use 200-300 mesh polyester wire mesh or stainless steel wire mesh

IR drying oven: 80 ℃ for 2 minutes

Oven: 80 ℃ for 30 minutes

Storage conditions and shelf life

Sealed and stored in a dry, cool, and dark place, with a storage temperature below 30 ℃ and refrigerated;

After refrigeration, it needs to be left for 2-3 hours to recover to room temperature and thoroughly stirred for 10 minutes before printing;

Unopened cans with a shelf life of 6 months.

This product contains organic solvents, and good ventilation should be maintained during use to avoid excessive steam inhalation into the body; If it comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed promptly with water and soap.
