Instructions and guidance for use

A) Preparation work

1. Before opening the lid, remove the conductive adhesive from the freezer and leave it at room temperature (around 25 ℃) for at least one hour; When opening the lid, be sure to avoid water droplets from seeping into the glue outside the container, as there may be air leaks and frost on the inner wall of the container, which can cause water vapor or water droplets to enter and affect its characteristics;

2. Viscosity adjustment: Do not adjust the viscosity as the addition of any solvent may affect its properties;

B) Use

Recommend using a precision dispensing machine. For example: dispensing machine, needle: NO.23C (inner diameter 0.4mm); Air pressure: 1-2 × 10-1pa (1-2kg/cm2).

C) Operation guidance

1. Glue must maintain sufficient wetting ability with the bonding surface to ensure sufficient adhesion.

2. After using the conductive silver adhesive, tightly cover the lid and store it in a -40 ℃ freezer.

Storage conditions and shelf life

-40 ℃, away from light, shelf life>4 months; Room temperature 25 ℃, away from light, for more than 24 hours. Without avoiding light, the shelf life and usage time will be shortened by 10-30%.
