PP gold-plated film

PP gold-plated film is a composite material made from polypropylene (PP) material, which is coated with a metal thin film (mainly gold or gold alloy) on its surface through a specific process.

Product characteristics

1. Excellent conductivity: The gold plating layer endows the PP gold plating film with excellent conductivity, making it widely applicable in the electronic field, such as conductive films, conductive adhesives, etc.

2. Chemical corrosion resistance: PP substrate itself has good chemical corrosion resistance, and with the protection of the gold plating layer, the PP gold plating film can be used stably for a long time in some special environments.

3. Good physical properties: PP gold-plated film has a low density, and its strength, stiffness, and hardness are superior to materials such as low-pressure polyethylene. At the same time, it has good heat resistance. In addition, it also has good weather resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance, which can maintain the appearance and performance stability for a long time.

4. High reflectivity: Some PP gold-plated film products, such as PP gold plated aluminum film, have a reflectivity of up to 95%, making them important applications in the field of reflective materials.
   

Craftsmanship

1. Substrate preparation: Select high-quality PP film as the substrate.

2. Pre treatment: Surface cleaning and drying treatment of PP substrate to improve the adhesion and uniformity of the coating. This step is particularly important for PP materials, as there may be residual bubbles and organic gases during the injection molding process, and the surface glossiness is low and polarity is poor, which can easily affect the quality of the coating. Therefore, auxiliary materials such as PP treatment agents may be used in the pre-treatment process to improve surface properties.

3. Coating: Advanced processes such as vacuum electroplating are used to coat a uniform layer of metal film on the surface of PP substrate. This step requires strict control of process parameters and environmental conditions to ensure the quality and stability of the coating.

4. Post treatment: Necessary post-processing operations such as drying, curing, etc. are carried out on the PP gold-plated film to improve the overall performance and stability of the product.
