1. Conductive film: This film is produced by the standard silver plated screen printing process in the electronic materials industry, with good conductivity and a resistance value of up to 5 × 10-9 Ω· cm.
2. The baseband uses solvent-free epoxy resin, which has stable performance, high temperature resistance, and can achieve better conductivity while also providing insulation.
3. Solder pad: This solder pad is mainly composed of copper plates and is designed with a new three-layer copper tin alloy electrode, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and good conductivity.
