      Nano scale aluminum silver paste filmIt is a new type of multi-layer coated PET film, which has the characteristics of high conductivity, high transparency, high stability, and high strength. Its preparation process is precise, and aluminum and silver nanocrystals are layer by layer coated on the PET film to form a high-quality conductive film.
Nano aluminum silver paste is mainly prepared by mixing nano aluminum and silver crystal paste. With the assistance of surfactants, it is formed into a colloid with uniform particle size and good dispersion. The aluminum silver paste is then coated onto PET film using techniques such as electrostatic spraying and evaporation to form a composite conductive film. This membrane has the following characteristics:
1. High transparency: The aluminum silver paste particles are extremely fine, with an average particle size of less than 100 nanometers. The multi-layer coated PET film has high transmittance and optical transparency of over 95%.
2. High conductivity: Aluminum silver paste is a high-quality conductive material with much higher conductivity than traditional ITO conductive films, with a resistivity of 10 ^ -3-10 ^ -4 Ω/□ and stable conductivity.

4. High strength: Multilayer coated PET film increases the number of layers, making it stronger and more resilient, and able to withstand greater tensile and tear forces.
Nano scale aluminum silver paste film is widely used as conductive glass in electronic devices such as flat panel displays, mobile phone touch screens, and e-books due to its high conductivity and transparency. It can also be used as a transparent conductive film in fields such as solar cells and thin-film photovoltaics. In addition, the film can also be used for touch control screens and light guide plates in fields such as lighting fixtures and smart homes, with a wide range of application prospects.
