Using a porous polyurethane sponge substrate with a thickness of 0.5mm-16mm, and employing a special process, copper and nickel plating is carried out. This material is currently the latest generation technology product in China, characterized by uniform coating, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, wide operating frequency, good shielding performance, and a wide range of applications. The product has been tested by the 203rd Institute of the Ministry of Aerospace Industry of China and the Shanghai Testing Center, and its shielding effectiveness can reach 60-90dB, with a surface resistance of 0.2 Ω/sq, reaching or exceeding the advanced level of similar international products. Can meet the technical requirements of electromagnetic compatibility in industries such as EMI/RFI electronics, communications, military, aerospace, medical instruments, etc. Can be backed with conductive adhesive and die cut according to customer requirements.
