High temperature (100 ℃): When the temperature rises to 100 ℃, the electrical resistivity of the Yanbo brand embossed copper foil tape increases, and the conductivity slightly decreases. The test results show that the resistivity is about 1.5 × 10 ^ -8 Ω· m, and the conductivity has slightly decreased, but still maintains high conductivity.
Low temperature (-20 ℃): Under low temperature conditions, the resistivity of Yanbo brand embossed copper foil tape is further reduced, and its conductivity is improved. The test results show that the resistivity is about 1.0 × 10 ^ -8 Ω· m, and the conductivity is higher than the value under normal temperature conditions.
From the experimental results, it can be seen that the conductivity of Yanbo brand embossed copper foil tape shows a certain variation pattern at different temperatures. As the temperature increases, the resistivity increases and the conductivity decreases; As the temperature decreases, the resistivity decreases and the conductivity improves. However, even under high temperature conditions, the conductivity of Yanbo brand embossed copper foil tape still maintains a high level, thanks to its high purity and excellent manufacturing process.
