A combination of glass phase and oxideUniversal silver paste9912 can be used on back glazed steel plates (PES) at a sintering temperature of 625 ° C, and on alumina and beryllium oxide at a sintering temperature of 930 ° C. This material exhibits excellent adhesion and aging bonding, as well as excellent weldability and solder resistance (using 62 tin/36 lead/2 silver solder paste), especially on alumina and beryllium oxide.
High temperature conductive silver pasteIt is a general-purpose high-temperature conductor slurry made of ultra-fine and high-purity nano silver powder independently prepared by Prandy as the medium. It does not contain toxic elements such as lead and cadmium, and complies with the European RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC). It is characterized by stable chemical performance, strong corrosion resistance, high conductivity, strong radiation shielding performance, strong adhesion, solderability and good anti-aging performance.
