Bronze is an alloy material made by melting copper with other rare or precious metals, and different alloy combinations have different physical properties and uses. The bronze foil produced by Advanced Institute Technology is mainly composed of tin phosphorus bronze foil, with copper, tin, and phosphorus as the main contents. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. High phosphorus content and superior fatigue resistance;
2. Good elasticity and wear resistance;
3. Non magnetic, with good mechanical and processing properties;
4. Corrosion resistant, capable of welding and brazing well, and does not produce sparks during impact;
5. Good conductivity and low heat generation ensure safety.
Bronze foil, due to its unique performance characteristics, is often used to manufacture various electronic components, high air tightness castings, connectors, shrapnel, and wear-resistant materials in high-precision instruments. The rolled bronze foil from Advanced Institute Technology also has good processability and is easy to form and laminate. Due to the spherical structure of rolled bronze foil, annealing process can be used to control its soft and hard states, making it more suitable for diverse terminal applications. Advanced Institute Technology can also produce products of different thicknesses and widths according to customer needs, thereby reducing production costs and improving processing efficiency.
