At present, it is almost impossible to see the presence of domestically produced conductive adhesives in IC packaging. There are already limited manufacturers of high-end IC packaging in China, and even if there are, they are directly relocated from foreign factories to China. The materials used are almost entirely copied from abroad, so there is almost no opportunity for domestically produced conductive adhesives.

From the above three fields, it can be seen that there are more opportunities for domestically produced conductive adhesives in the field of quartz crystal resonators, followed by LEDs, and almost no opportunities for IC packaging. In fact, this is closely related to the cost of conductive adhesives in the three fields. As far as my understanding is concerned, in the above three fields, conductive adhesives as an auxiliary material (which is crucial, problems with conductive adhesives can lead to quality defects and hidden dangers in the finished product, and even unusable), the cost of the finished product decreases in order, that is, the cost of conductive adhesives in IC packaging is the smallest (high-end ICs are priced at a few dollars or even tens of dollars each), so manufacturers will definitely prioritize quality over price. At present, even if domestic conductive adhesives can imitate the same quality as foreign products and pass the manufacturer's samples (reliability testing cannot be done in one or two days), manufacturers generally dare not easily replace this material. Because there is almost no power to replace the product, haha!

Domestic conductive adhesiveIf a product wants to make achievements in various fields, in fact, if it can solve some common defects in the use of conductive adhesives abroad, manufacturers seem to be able to give some opportunities. However, from a different perspective, if these defects are so easy to solve, foreign conductive adhesive companies may not ignore customer needs, either due to technical difficulties or inability to meet cost requirements. It may be difficult for domestic companies to solve some conductive adhesive problems that foreign companies cannot solve, but of course, in terms of individual cases, there should be no major problem, haha!

Another key point is that the consistency and stability of domestic product quality have been criticized by the industry. This is not only related to the management, production equipment, testing methods, and technical level of domestic manufacturers themselves, but also to the stability and consistency of the entire chemical industry and raw materials. Therefore, revitalizing the high-end electronic glue of the nation is not an overnight task, but requires the joint efforts of manufacturers and users!
