1、 Product Introduction

2、 YB-60 two-component, mainly composed of high-temperature resistant modified epoxy and phenolic resin,conducting materialIt is made of silver copper powder, with good conductivity and high working temperature. It can work for a long time at -40~350 ℃, and the bonding strength of steel can reach 3-5 Mpa at 300~350 ℃. After special curing process, the glass transition temperature can reach 400 ℃.

2、 Application Fields

Suitable for conductive bonding under various high-temperature conditions. Specially suitable for bonding the power receiving slider of electric locomotives, the resistance after bonding can be below 2m Ω.

Usage

1. roughen the surface to be adhered, remove rust and dirt, clean thoroughly, and then dry.

2. Glue preparation: First, shake component B thoroughly (to prevent the precipitation and settling of phenolic resin), then weigh component A and component B in a mass ratio of 2:1, add 2% of the total amount of adhesive additive, and mix well. When the temperature is low in winter and the viscosity of component A is too high, it is difficult to adjust the glue. You can first heat component A at 50-80 ℃ and then mix and stir.

3. Adhesive bonding: Apply the mixed adhesive to the treated area to be bonded, let it cool for 10-30 minutes, and after the surface is slightly dry, apply a contact pressure of at least 0.5 MPa by stacking it together, requiring the clamp to have continuous pressure capacity.

4. Curing: Place in an oven at room temperature, heat up to 80 ℃, and hold for 1 hour; Heat up to 120 ℃ and keep warm for 1 hour; Heat up to 180 ℃ and hold for 3 hours, then slowly cool down. If necessary, after 3 hours of treatment at 250 ℃, the glass transition temperature can reach 400 ℃.

Special Reminder:

When bonding the entire power receiving strip, due to the long length of the power receiving strip, there is a significant difference in the thermal expansion coefficient between the carbon strip and the aluminum bracket. After curing at 180 ℃ and cooling, it is easy to cause deformation and bending, which may lead to cracking at the bonding points of the two ends of the power receiving strip. It is recommended to change the curing method to: place it in an oven at room temperature, heat it up to 80 ℃, and keep it warm for 1 hour; Heat up to 120 ℃ and hold for 3-5 hours, then slowly cool down with the furnace. (The actual test results shall prevail)
