Test method for tortuosity

For a 0.6mm × 1000mm four fold circuit on a 100 µ m PET film, fold it inward and outward with a weight of 2kg (5kg) for one minute each as one cycle, and test the resistance change after 10 (5) cycles.

Substrate: PET or PC

Screen: Printed with 200-300 mesh polyester screen or stainless steel screen

Diluent: The diluent provided by our company should be thoroughly stirred before use

Hardening conditions (recommended): drying temperature of 145 ℃~150 ℃, drying time of 40~90 minutes

Cleaning agents: butyl acetate, cyclohexanone

1. Safe use:Conductive silver pasteContaining organic solvents, good ventilation should be maintained during use to avoid excessive steam inhalation into the body; If the slurry is accidentally swallowed, inhaled, or comes into contact with the skin, it is harmful. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing, and do not approach fire or combustibles. Because it is flammable, it should be covered tightly when not in use to avoid inhaling volatile gases, and air circulation should be maintained during use.

2. This slurry is a ready to use product and does not need to be diluted. If dilution is required, please use our company's diluent to dilute it. The amount added should not exceed 2% (weight ratio). Excessive diluent will directly affect the performance of the slurry.

3. The thickness of the printed circuit itself cannot be less than 3 μ m, otherwise the conductivity will be unstable.

4. This slurry should be stored in a cool and dry place between 4-28 ℃.
