Note: The viscosity test conditions are BROOK Field DV-II, 52 #, 1rpm, 25 ℃.
Recommended process:
1. Printing process: 300 mesh nylon or stainless steel wire mesh (flat for 3 minutes after printing).
2. Drying temperature: infrared lamp or 150 ℃ oven.
3. Sintering temperature: 850~1200 ℃ (peak insulation for 10 minutes, cycle for 45~60 minutes).

matters needing attention:
1. Safe use: If the slurry is accidentally swallowed, inhaled, or in contact with the skin, it is harmful. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing, and do not get close to fire or combustibles. As it is flammable, it should be covered tightly when not in use to avoid inhaling volatile gases. Air circulation should be maintained during use.
2. This slurry does not need to be diluted. If dilution is required, please use our company's specialized diluent, and the amount added should not exceed 5% (by weight). Too much diluent will directly affect the performance of the conductive silver slurry.
3. The thickness of the printed circuit itself cannot be less than 4 μ m, otherwise the conductivity will be unstable.
4. This slurry should be stored in a cool and dry place between 4 and 25 ℃.
