5. Dilution: This product is ready to use and can be used without the need for diluent. If dilution is required, please use turpentine alcohol and add no more than 5% by weight.

usage method:
1. Matrix: Aluminum oxide matrix
2. Screen printing: 325-400 mesh screen printing, also dot coating or drawing.
3. Mixing and application: Mix evenly before use.
4. Film formation process (recommended):
5. Leveling: After printing, please let it stand in a clean environment at room temperature (25 ℃) for 15 minutes;
6. Drying conditions: 110~135 ℃, 30 minutes;
7. Sintering conditions: 850-930 ℃, tunnel furnace for 60 minutes, peak value for 10 minutes.

1. Storage stability: stored at room temperature in original sealed packaging for six months.

1. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use and avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing; Do not approach fire or combustibles as they are flammable.
2. This slurry is a ready to use product and does not need to be diluted. If dilution is required, the amount added should not exceed 5% (weight ratio). Excessive diluent will directly affect the performance of the slurry.
3. This slurry should be stored in a cool and dry place between 4-25 ℃.
