   Coated shielding glass

Coated shielding glass is a special process used to form a dense indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive film on the surface of tempered glass or ordinary glass, which has the advantages of high transmittance, no optical distortion, and strong environmental adaptability.

Organic glass can achieve electromagnetic shielding by applying ITO film.

Wire mesh electromagnetic shielding glass

The low impedance high-density metal wire mesh, which has undergone conductive anti-corrosion treatment, is sandwiched between two layers of ordinary glass, organic glass, and tempered glass through a special process. It has the advantages of strong structure, good transparency, low display distortion, and high electromagnetic shielding performance, and can flexibly and conveniently meet the optical and shielding requirements in special occasions.

Glass material: ordinary glass, tempered glass, organic glass

Wire mesh material: Blackened copper mesh

Frame form: wire mesh edge, silver paste edge, copper foil edge

Technical parameters of organic glass:

Surface hardening treatment, scratch resistance, and photo corrosion resistance

Sensitive solvents: methanol, acetone CH2Cl2、H2SO4、NaOH

Surface hardness: 2H-5H

Tensile strength: 85MPa

Elongation rate: 2.2-4.5% (80 ℃~120 ℃)

Impact strength: 5KJ/m2

Hot deformation temperature: ≥ 100℃(1.8MPa)


Electric heating electromagnetic shielding glass

Electric heating electromagnetic shielding glass can effectively meet special occasions that require heating shielding, such as low-temperature starting environments, glass defrosting and defogging, etc.

Manifestation: (1) Electric heating coated shielding glass, with a two-layer glass structure, one layer is the coated shielding layer and the other is the electric heating layer;

(2) Electric heating wire mesh shielding glass, three-layer glass structure, with two layers of wire mesh shielding layer and one layer of electric heating layer;

Shielding performance: refer to the shielding performance of the corresponding coating and wire mesh glass

Technical parameters: visible area, input voltage, heating power consumption, output method, etc

Resistive screen: Bording coated shielding glass or wire mesh shielding glass behind the resistive screen, with a minimum thickness of 1.2mm, and the technical parameters are the same as electromagnetic shielding glass.

Capacitive screen: Bording coated shielding glass or wire mesh shielding glass is bonded behind the capacitive screen, with a minimum thickness of 1.2mm. However, it is important to note that the surrounding electrode parts of the capacitive screen cannot be conductive with the shielding glass, and the technical parameters are the same as those of electromagnetic shielding glass.
