Instructions and guidance for use

Substrate: ITO/PET film.

Mixing: thoroughly mix before use.

Dilution: After stirring evenly, this product can be used. Do not add diluents. If diluents are added, product quality and performance cannot be guaranteed. If there are special requirements, a matching diluent should be used. It is recommended to gradually add the diluent at a ratio of 0.5%, and the recommended amount of diluent should not exceed 2%.

Printing: This product can be used for screen printing of 60 μ m/60 μ m (line width/line spacing) fine lines on ITO/PET film, and for laser etching of 30 μ m/30 μ m (line width/line spacing) and above fine lines. The scratch plate hardness during printing is 75A or 80A.

Recommended curing process

Thickness: Dry film 6-10 μ m

Wire mesh: 400-600 mesh stainless steel wire mesh or composite polyester wire mesh, with an angle of 45 ° and a screen thickness of 8 μ m.

Oven: ITO/PET film at 130 ℃ for 45 minutes, ITO/glass at 150 ℃ for 45 minutes
