Performance Description

Usage process

1) Usage: When using, please gently stir with a plastic oil stirring knife. If a metal knife is used, the plastic can may be cut open, causing particles to adhere to the silver oil and potentially damaging the screen during silk screening. Using standard screen printing methods, the thickness of the ink film drying directly affects its conductivity, while the thickness of the ink film is related to the density of the mesh, the texture of the mesh scraper, and the thickness of the drying paste.

2) Suggested film thickness: 5 to 10 μ m (i.e. 0.006mm to 0.010mm)

3) Wire mesh form: Polyester wire mesh can be used in the imperial range of 160 to 300 (i.e. metric range of 63 to 120). If stainless steel wire mesh is used, the mesh size can be slightly denser, such as 165 to 325.

4) Thickness of sun drying paste: use soluble sun drying net paste

5) Rubber scraper: PU rubber scraper or other solvent resistant rubber scraper. When using polyester wire mesh, the hardness of the rubber scraper is 60 to 70 degrees. If using stainless steel or wire mesh. You can use harder ones, such as 70 to 80 degrees.

Curing conditions

silver pasteAfter printing, it is necessary to bake at a minimum temperature of 130 ℃ for 30 minutes. If the temperature is higher or the time is longer, the performance of the cured silver wire will be better. This product can also be cured in an infrared oven.

The optimal usage period is within 6 months after the original tank leaves the factory (stored at a temperature of 5 to 10 ℃)

Safe use

silver pasteIf accidentally swallowed, inhaled, or in contact with the skin, it is harmful. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use, avoiding contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Do not get close to fire or combustibles, and ensure air circulation during use.
