1. Appearance: The surface of the film is flat and smooth, without defects such as wrinkles, tears, particles, bubbles, pinholes, and foreign impurities. The edges are neat and undamaged.
2. Width and length: The film is supplied in rolls or discs. According to user requirements, the width and length are determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.

Infrared PI film has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, and dielectric resistance. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -269 ℃~280 ℃, and can reach a high temperature of 400 ℃ in a short time, making it easy to process and shape;

01 Excellent heat resistance
The decomposition temperature of polyimide generally exceeds 500 ℃, sometimes even higher, making it one of the most thermally stable organic polymers currently known;
02 Excellent mechanical performance
The tensile strength of unreinforced matrix materials is above 100MPa, while the tensile strength of infrared PI films prepared with maleic anhydride is 170MPa, and that of biphenyl polyimide can reach 400MPa;
03 Good chemical stability
Polyimide materials are generally insoluble in organic solvents, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to hydrolysis. By changing the molecular design, different structural varieties can be obtained;
04 Good radiation resistance performance
After being irradiated with a dose of 5 * 109rad, the strength of polyimide film remained at 86%;
05 Good dielectric properties
The dielectric constant is less than 3.5. If fluorine atoms are introduced into the molecular chain, the dielectric constant can be reduced to around 2.5, the dielectric loss is 10, the dielectric strength is 100-300kv/mm, and the volume resistance is 1015-17 Ω· cm;
