Polyolefin conductive foam: Before electroplating, the polyolefin foam is evenly punched and then electroplated as a whole. This not only conducts electricity on the surface, but also on the top and bottom as a whole, giving it conductivity.
Due to the excellent elasticity and temperature resistance (200 ℃) of polyolefin foam itself. The size can be customized, so it can be used for small dimensional tolerances (/-0.05mm) after metalization treatment. It can be used as a pad after simple die-cutting or slitting, and the I/O interface can replace the current conductive foam on the market. It is suitable for PDAs, LCDs, mobile phones, digital TVs, laptops, etc.
Due to the non tear resistance of polyolefin conductive foam, it is electroplated as a whole by bonding polyolefin conductive foam with conductive non-woven fabric, which is a composite of polyolefin conductive foam and NW non-woven conductive cloth, mesh cloth or ordinary grid conductive cloth. It is used in situations where tear resistance is required, such as pads with longer length and thickness less than 1mm.
Conductive sponge, thickness: 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mm, electroplated with polyester sponge, soft, compression ratio greater than 70%*** Used for mobile phones, laptops, LCD screens, and other devices that require a large compression gap and plastic shell joints.
The polyolefin foam material is that added flexibility and heat-resistance property into polyethylene. Also as an excellent material for FR(Flame Retardant) and molding, it is used for various applications with its superior characters such as cushion, water resistance, chemical character, etc.
TRO is electroless plated to have conductive on it. Therefore it’s cheaper and a great shielding effectiveness. TR has been produced by various requests such as a form of thin gasket, a cushion, I/O, ideal replacement of current conductive foam in application. Suitable for PDA, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook, etc.
TRO is not strong enough to meet some special application, so laminated with non-woven, mesh or rip-stop fabric before plating to enhance tensile strength. Extra Sn-plated (black )is another choice.
Features:
1. After simple processing, it can be used as a conductive pad and I/O interface, especially suitable for digital TVs, LCD, Mobile phones, laptops, and other devices that require strict assembly tolerances. Dimensional tolerances can reach:/- 0.1mm.
Tolerance near /-0.1mm, good heat resistance, low in compress set, die cut it as I/O, slit it as supper thin gaskets, suitable for digital television, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook.
2. Soft, flame retardant, temperature resistant, sealed, with small dimensional tolerances, it can completely replace conductive foam on the market.
Soft, flexible, Flame Retardant, high temperature resistance (around 200℃), seal, tight in tolerance ( /-0.1), low cost, ideal replacement of the current conductive foam.
On the basis of nickel plated copper nickel, nickel tin alloy treatment can be carried out in black color to meet the needs of special occasions
Extra Ni-Sn alloy plated is a choice.
