PI Copper PlatingAll aspects of surface copper plating: Aluminum alloy extruded aluminum profiles (without surface treatment) have a single appearance and are prone to corrosion in humid environments, as it is difficult to meet the requirements of high decorative and strong weather resistance of building materials. In order to improve decorative effects, enhance corrosion resistance, and extend service life, aluminum profiles generally need to undergo surface treatment.
Common processing techniques include anodizing, electrolytic coloring, electrophoretic painting, powder coating, material paint spraying, imitation wood grain transfer printing industrial aluminum, wire drawing treatment, matte treatment, dyeing treatment, etc. Similarly, it can also be classified according to different processing methods:&Aluminum Wood Composite Profile
1. Surface mechanical treatment, such as sandblasting, polishing, and buffing;
2. Chemical surface treatment, chemical oxidation, acid washing, chemical degreasing, etc;
3. Surface electrochemical treatment: anodizing treatment, electroplating, electrophoresis, etc;
4. Modern surface treatment processes: spraying, physical vapor deposition, and anodic oxidation film treatment of aluminum plates for corrosion resistance, hardness and wear resistance, density and thickness, adhesion and flexibility, thermal conductivity and conductivity, optical properties. When inspecting the anodic oxidation film of aluminum and its alloys, it is necessary to strictly control the test conditions in order to have good reproducibility. At the same time, the relationship between the test results and the actual environment should be correctly evaluated. The corrosion resistance test of aluminum and its alloy anodized film is related to the alloy composition, electrolysis conditions (electrolyte composition, current density, temperature, time, electrolysis method), mold thickness, and sealing treatment method, as well as the actual usage environment. According to the Japanese Industrial Standard JISH8681-1 (1991), before the test, a soft cloth or degreased cotton ball soaked in a suitable solvent (such as acetone, ethanol, etc., which is non corrosive to the sample) should be used to clean the stains on the surface of the sample.
