2、 Key points of utilization

2. Mixing and Utilization: Before use, it should be quietly stirred at a low speed to prevent the atmosphere from entering and causing bubbles. The dry film thickness of this silver adhesive after printing is influenced by many factors, including the number of wire mesh, scraper data, wire mesh quality, and the thickness of the screen paste.

3. Scraper: Please use a solvent resistant scraper, such as a polyurethane (PU) scraper. When using a polyester wire mesh, use a scraper with a hardness of 60, and when using a stainless steel wire mesh, use a scraper with a hardness of 70.

4. Concentration: This product is a ready to use product and can be used without the need for a concentration agent. If concentration is required, please use the common concentration agent requested by the original company for concentration, and the added quality should not exceed 5%, otherwise it will affect the function of the silver gel.

3、 Precautions

The original conductive silver adhesive is sealed and stored in the refrigerator, with a shelf life of 12 months at temperatures below 5 ℃; Below 30 ℃ for 3 months;
