With the development of electronic products towards miniaturization and high performance, the requirements for printed circuit boards (PCBs) are also increasing.Silver palladium pasteDue to its excellent conductivity and stability, it has been widely used in the field of precision printed circuits. This article will explore the minimum line resolution that can be achieved during silver palladium paste printing, and demonstrate its applicability in high-precision circuits through experimental data.
The experiment was conducted using products produced by Advanced Institute (Shenzhen) Technology Co., LtdResearch Platinum Silver Palladium SlurryThis slurry is designed specifically for high-precision printed circuits, with excellent conductivity and good printing adaptability. In the experiment, we used screen printing technology to print on polyimide (PI) substrates and explored the minimum line resolution by adjusting printing parameters.
Firstly, we investigated the effects of factors such as printing speed, scraper pressure, and slurry viscosity on line resolution. Experiments have shown that under the conditions of a printing speed of 30mm/s, a scraper pressure of 2N, and a slurry viscosity of 3000cP, ideal printing results can be achieved. At this point, the edges of the lines are clear and there are no obvious burrs or broken lines.
In order to further optimize the line resolution, we conducted comparative experiments on slurries of different viscosities. The results indicate that as the viscosity of the slurry increases from 2000cP to 4000cP, the line width gradually decreases, but excessively high viscosity can lead to wire breakage during the printing process. Finally, we determined 3000cP as the optimal viscosity, with a line width of 50 μ m and good continuity and conductivity.
To evaluate the superiority of silver palladium slurry, we compared it with other types ofconductive pasteA comparison was made. The experimental results show that silver palladium paste can achieve finer line widths than other pastes under the same printing conditions. For example, under the same conditions, the line width of silver paste is 80 μ m, while the line width of silver palladium paste is only 50 μ m.
In response to the demand for high-precision circuits, we further tested themSilver palladium pasteRepresentation in complex patterns. Through high-precision screen printing technology, a fine circuit with a minimum line width of 50 μ m has been successfully achieved, and the circuit has shown excellent performance in subsequent conductivity tests, with a stable resistance value of around 0.01 Ω/cm.
From the above experiments, it can be concluded that the research platinum brand silver palladium paste can achieve a minimum line width of 50 μ m during the printing process, and has good continuity and conductivity. Compared to other types of conductive pastes, silver palladium paste exhibits higher resolution and better circuit performance, making it suitable for the manufacturing of high-precision circuits. This discovery provides strong support for the miniaturization and high performance of future electronic products.
