To verify the performance advantages of PET copper plated film in sensor manufacturing, we designed a series of experiments to test its signal transmission efficiency and compared it with traditional metal lead connection methods.

Use separately in the same temperature and humidity environmentPET copper plated filmConstruct sensor circuits by connecting metal leads in two ways, and then apply different signals with frequencies ranging from 1kHz to 1MHz to record their transmission losses.
data analysis
The experimental results show that the signal transmission loss of sensor circuits constructed using PET copper plated film is significantly lower than that of traditional metal lead connection methods in various frequency bands. Especially in the high frequency range (>100kHz), the advantages of PET copper plated film are more prominent, with an average transmission loss reduction of about 20%.
The excellent signal transmission efficiency of PET copper plated film is mainly due to its good conductivity and excellent bonding strength with the substrate. In addition, the flexibility of PET copper plated film also allows it to maintain stable conductivity after multiple bends, which is particularly important for applications that require frequent movement or deformation.

Through comparative experiments with traditional materials, we have confirmed that PET copper plated film can effectively improve signal transmission efficiency, especially in high-frequency applications where the effect is significant.
