Introduction: In modern technology and industrial fields, sensors play a crucial role. And sensorsElectrode conductive platinum pasteAs a core component, the excellence of its performance directly determines the quality and reliability of the entire sensor. This article will introduce a new type of sensor electrode conductive platinum slurry, which has a series of slurries with platinum content ranging from 75% to 70%. It greatly breaks through the limitations of traditional materials and has excellent density, smoothness, and good compatibility with different substrate materials in the fired film.
Excellent material performance
The sensor electrode conductive platinum paste YB-8805 is made of pure platinum material with a platinum content of up to 85%. This high platinum content not only ensures the conductivity of the platinum electrode, but also enhances the material's oxidation and corrosion resistance, ensuring the reliable operation of the sensor in harsh environments. Meanwhile, the viscosity range of YB-8805 is 40-70Pa. s (14 #/10r), makingelectrode slurryEasy to use, able to evenly coat the surface of the substrate material.
Excellent resistance and temperature coefficient
In the performance indicators of electrode conductive platinum paste, square resistance and temperature coefficient are two crucial parameters. The square resistance of YB-8805 is only 50m Ω/□, indicating excellent conductivity of the electrode. This low impedance ensures high sensitivity and low noise of the sensor, whether in current transmission or signal detection.
In addition, the temperature coefficient TCR (PPm ℃) of 3200 ± 50 is also an important indicator for evaluating the performance of electrode conductive platinum paste. YB-8805 maintains stable conductivity in high temperature environments and is not easily affected by temperature, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the sensor under various working conditions.
Novel film-forming methods applicable to various matrix materials
The sensor electrode conductive platinum paste YB-8805 adopts a novel film-forming method - screen printing. Compared with traditional etching or sputtering processes, screen printing can more accurately control the shape and density of conductive platinum paste, ensuring the uniformity and smoothness of the electrode. In addition, in the screen printing process, using a 250-300 mesh screen can achieve higher production efficiency and finer film fineness.
Accurate drying and firing conditions
Drying and firing play a crucial role in the density and crystallinity of the thin film during the preparation of electrode conductive platinum paste. According to laboratory tests, the drying conditions are 150-200 ℃/5min, ensuring sufficient drying of the film layer and avoiding defects caused by residual moisture. The firing conditions are a peak temperature of 850-900 ℃, a 10 minute insulation period, and a 45-60 minute sintering cycle, which allows platinum particles to fully crystallize during the sintering process and tightly bond with the substrate material, forming a dense electrode film.
Conclusion:Sensor electrode conductive platinum pasteYB-8805 brings new possibilities to the sensor industry with its breakthrough in traditional material properties. With superior conductivity, stable resistance and temperature coefficient, as well as good compatibility with various matrix materials, YB-8805 electrode conductive platinum paste will bring broader development prospects for the research and application of sensors. We look forward to the widespread application of this new material, which will contribute to the further development of sensor technology.
